Because Showhomes shares your Realtor’s motivation to sell your property, we’re there to help you. We’ll consult with you so that we thoroughly understand your sales strategy as we arrange for a Home Manager and furnish and stage the property.
After the property has been professionally staged, we will have it professionally photographed will and supply those photos to you so you can use these on the web or in brochures as you wish.
Your home will be accessible for showings with notice seven days a week. With notice from you or any other Realtor, we’ll open blinds and curtains and turn on lights to ensure that your home is in perfect show-to-sell condition when a buyer arrives. Buyers will see a perfectly maintained, tidy and clutter-free home. Your vacant house will look, feel and even have the clean scent of a valuable home to every buyer.
